MLB enters the final month of the season, but Minor League baseball is winding down soon. So, those are the Leaders with the last week of the season approaching. But, what does that mean to the MLB team? Do the Minor Leagues really impact the MLB team it is affiliated with?
The Lehigh Valley IronPigs and Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp had a strong season, currently leading the International Leagues East Division. Scranton/ Wilkes-Barr RailRiders and Durham Bulls went right down to the final week as well producing a nice season.
IronPigs (Phillies), Jumbo Shrimp (Marlins), RailRiders (Yankees), Bulls (Rays) were the TOP teams in the East. What do the MLB teams have to look forward to?
